Abc Vaccination Clinic

I would like to preface this by saying the clinic itself and doctor/staff is a 5 star. We love them! However, this past experience was a 3 star which is out of the norm, and we have been coming here for years. The doctor and the clinic itself is great. But Danielle provided surprisingly rude service for this past visit which was not what we are used to. We had communicated that we were coming from roughly 30 minutes away and she gave us a call back 30 minutes before they closed. We asked if that’s still okay if we got there 5 minutes before they closed and she said yes. We even called as we entered the parking lot (5 minutes before they closed) and she said that it was too late even after advising us to still show up anyways on the previous phone call. When we reminded her of that, she simplified it as a miscommunication on our part before facetiously wishing us a good evening and hanging up on us. I was shocked considering how nice she usually is to our dogs, but disappointed by her behavior and attitude in customer service. I was wary of coming in case this would happen because I wouldn’t want to inconvenience the doctor, but was falsely reassured by Danielle before being hung up on. I was honestly just shocked considering past experiences have been great with both the doctor and staff. I hope it was just an off day for her and that we can continue going back with our routine great experience that we had gotten used to and very much appreciate from them.

Friendly staff and great place to get your dog vaccinated.

My dog loves going because the staff is so friendly. She doesn't like to leave.
