I enjoy this place. Has the old school feel I grew up with. Ladies there are my kind of crazy. Doc is great.

We have taken several types of animals to Dr. Edwards over many years and have had a wide range of services but I will not go back or recommend her to anyone else again after our most recent experiences. While the services are affordable and it is obvious that everyone in the office loves animals, it is not enough to justify the questionable care they provide now. Dr. Edwards has recommended services and surgery that were absolutely not medically necessary for animals and has treated humans with total disdain and unexcuseable rudeness many times. For a while, I chalked up these nasty visits as "quirk" in the doctor's personality but the pattern became too negative to ignore and after seeing a different vet for a second opinion, it became clear that this office does not provide the best medical care for animals, just the cheapest. Not all of my experiences with this office have been negative but use this clinic with caution and seek a second opion when your instinct tells you to do so.

Heartless treatment during a devastating time. If you love your pets, take them anywhere else. My mother brought her 18-year-old dog in because he was suffering and coughing through the night. She was already devastated, preparing for the worst-case scenario. Dr. Edwards showed zero humanity. She scolded my mother, called her a liar, and actively yelled at her until she was in tears. A vet is supposed to provide comfort and care, but Dr. Edwards chose to be rude, insensitive, and downright mean to a woman watching her best friend slip away. This behavior is a disgrace to the veterinary profession. We are reporting her to the veterinary board.

Love this clinic and Dr Elizabeth. She is so gentle with my little Yorkie-Poo and gives me tips on keeping her healthy and happy.

Panther Otto has completely forgiven me (pic) for today's scary but very beneficial trip to the Arizona Small Animal Clinic. Five stars! Dr. Edwards and the entire staff, from initial contact by voice mail through the appointment only a few days later, were truly wonderful. Otto was scared, but he stayed entirely calm because he was handled SO gently. This was our first visit, and it was very thorough: Otto had almost a full hour with Dr. Edwards, and Otto could clearly tell Dr. Edwards would NOT hurt him. The price was very affordable, even with vaccinations. Future dental work was also explained clearly and quoted at a very reasonable price.
