I did not have a good experience at this clinic. 1. My cat first had an appointment here back in June. The appointment was at 11, we were not seen until 11:25. My cat gets terrified in her carrier and it was stressful having to wait a while in the lobby, with lots of people and pets walking in and out. While we were waiting, the front desk called me up and wanted to start going over my cat's medical history to "speed things up." This made me feel rushed. Also, it seems inappropriate to go over your pet's medical history in a lobby with other clients waiting. 2. My cat showed signs of asthma so I made an appointment for her in July. I scheduled it for a Monday, but after scheduling I realized that I had a conflicting appointment so I called right back to reschedule for Wednesday. Well on Monday I got a call reminding me of my appointment. I explained that I rescheduled for Wednesday. I was told that their calendar did not show an appointment for the day/time I rescheduled to, and that the rescheduled time was no longer available. 3. They took a week to fill a prescription because they were waiting for a dosage from the vet. It should not take a week to fill a prescription. Also, the front door is not accessible. They have a mental enclosure surrounding the front door, I'm guessing to guard any pets that accidentally run out the front door. But if you have a cat carrier (or stressed out pet) it can be hard to navigate through both doors. It would be helpful if they had an automatic door actuator on at least one of the doors to make it more accessible.

Excellent!!! This office knows what they are doing. Every staff member I have met was competent and took the time necessary to deliver service above and beyond my expectation. I live a one and a half hour drive from this office but... my pet is worth this drive.

I waited for over 30 minutes in their lobby before they informed me that they were delayed. They couldn't give me an estimate of how much longer I would be waiting, despite having an appointment. I am unhappy with the lack of clear communication about delays, especially when the suggestion was to reschedule for a different day. Overall, I spent almost an hour in the lobby before I left without my pet being seen, and I do not plan to return to this clinic.
