Cat Hospital of Tucson did a fantastic job when we were going through a very difficult time. Our cat had a mysterious health issue and was declining rapidly. Everyone at the hospital, from front desk to assistants to vets, did a fantastic job. They explained things well, offered options, and gave us concrete information, answering all questions we had. I appreciated the fact that we were given a private room to wait in. Having come from vet offices with mixed species, the chance to have a cat only office was great for reducing stress in our feline friend. When we had a sudden emergency they worked with us, giving excellent communication by phone and email. They also contacted the urgent care center we'd originally been to, proactively gathering needed information. Most importantly they treated our feline family member with compassion and gave him excellent care. They were also patient with us at a very emotional time which was greatly appreciated. I like supporting locally owned businesses so that's a nice bonus. In the future we intend to go to them for all feline care. As a little inside joke, "Thanks, Jasmine!"
