By far my favorite place to take my animals! The staff here are incredible. Everyone is so kind and caring. Their compassion with end of life care is on another level. They are always willing to get to the root of issues and it’s relatively affordable as well. My entire family takes their pets here and we love it! My animals feel safe and loved and I’m so grateful to everyone here for all the help they provide

I’ve had multiple people I know mention bad experiences here, they profit off of animals by charging an insane amount. My boyfriend and I went in for shots and to discuss my dogs skin issues, they told us it was pricey and mentioned they can do something cheaper and easier for us, but never did it. Absolute scam, and the service is bad overall. Do not recommend

Extremely frustrating experience. My dog’s appointment was confirmed by phone for 10:00 a.m. on the 25th by phone call on Thursday the 23rd. After driving 30 minutes with a puppy, I arrived only to be told that the appointment was not on their schedule. I showed the confirmation email, but my only options were to pay an emergency fee for a simple rabies vaccination or reschedule. In total, nearly two hours of my time were wasted because of an issue with their booking system. My wife confirmed the appointment by phone on Thursday, but the clinic apparently canceled it by email at noon on Friday not even with a phone call. Our first three visits were fine, but after this fourth experience, that means one out of four appointments has gone wrong. Whatever scheduling or booking system is being used, this is unacceptable in 2026. Would I return or recommend this clinic? At this point, I honestly do not know.
