The Best Vet office in Tucson I love the staff and the Docs

Ok. I've been a client for 23 years with 6 dogs now. I adopted a new little friend & met the foster at a different vet than IRAH, where the foster takes her dogs. WOW, you guys, I can't believe how different it can be at other places. It was a mess. So this is the 3rd time in reviewing Ina Road Animal Hospital. This is THE BEST veterinary service in town. There are other good vets & good assistants but IRAH has a whole staff of animal loving, professional and warm people. Very importantly I trust them with the safety of my precious dogs. Great job IRAH, thanks for always giving us your best.

My experience with DVM Meg Williams was one of the most devastating experiences of my life. I brought my cat in hoping for answers and professional, objective medical care. Instead, conclusions were reached far too quickly and with an unwarranted level of certainty. Those conclusions set off a chain of events that completely changed my life. As a result of what followed, I lost my cat, endured over a year of legal battles, suffered tremendous financial and emotional hardship, and watched my life unravel. I trusted that a veterinarian would carefully consider all possible causes, remain objective, and acknowledge uncertainty where appropriate. That was not my experience. After consulting two different experts, the cause of my animals injury was caused exactly how I thought it was, and it was determined that Williams' assumptions were unsupported by evidence or medical testing. If anyone had listened to me from the very beginning my life wouldn't have fallen apart. Whether or not others agree with my perspective, I believe the opinions expressed in my cat's case had life-altering consequences that extended far beyond the exam room. I will never get that time, those memories, or my cat back. Meg Williams is an irresponsible vet who lacks the ability to research when complications are beyond her expertise, as most things are when you've been licensed for less than two years. If you're looking for a veterinarian who approaches difficult cases with caution, thoroughness, and an open mind before reaching conclusions with potentially life-changing consequences, I encourage you to seek help elsewhere. This experience has stayed with me every single day, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

All 5 of my dogs are seen here. They work with me on payments, and offer a rewards program that you can earn points to use for services to help relieve some of the cost. The Drs are knowledgeable and get you in asap when you have an emergency.
