If you love your pet, please stay away from Monument east vet clinic. NOT a hospital Monument east if it's your goal to provide the best care and save animals lives then do Tucson pet lovers a favor , close and lock your doors! Did you know? Monument east and their partners at southern AZ veterinary use students in training to care for your pet. They are paid by the university to let their students be trained here. Which means that monument east gets paid by the university to let students learn on your pet, also monument east get paid by you the pat owner to also let students practice on your pets well being. So the overpriced services that you thought were being preformed by the experienced and seasoned veterinary doctor are being preformed by students under WHOS supervision. Who then becomes responsible for mistakes made. I'm all about teaching our future vets, but not with my money and costing my pet his life..

I've worked in the veterinary industry for over 25 years. My mom recently moved to Tucson and went to several vets before landing here. Although a tough diagnosis, they were able to identify a leukemia that none of the other vets could. They called my mom weekly to check on her and her dog until it was time to make the decision for euthanasia. This clinic staff is truly compassionate and doing this for all the right reasons. Thank you for taking care of my mom during this very tough time!

They are so friendly and caring. Have been with them since I quit vet teaching, which is 24 years. You get what you pay for and they are worth 💯

THIS IS THE BEST VET HOSPITAL IN TUCSON!!! Dr Kuhrt actually cares about the animals. Not about how much Money they can get!! I highly recommend taking ur pet here:-)))
