Terrible service. This is not a good veterinarian clinic. This place takes your money then let's your injured pet wait for 8 hours before seeing anyone. Waited a total of 12 hour, no doctor seen my dog, so we left and went to Civano animal hospital, what a wonderful place Civano animal hospital is. Southern Arizona veterinarian clinic is the worst, no pet care here, just want your money. Southern Arizona Veterinarian clinic is all about money and nothing about your pets care. We went to Civano Animal Hospital, they made my dog feel comfortable and cared for, and within 3 hours on a Sunday night my dog was helped by professional staff and didn't pay a dime until they were all done, unlike this rip off Southern Arizona Veterinary clinic who makes you pay up front before any care, and hours of waiting before someone helps. Never did see a doctor at this terrible place, but they did keep my 125.00 dollars anyways. GO TO CIVANO ANIMAL HOSPITAL, they put this overpriced, undercaring, unprofessional Southern Arizona Veterinary clinic to shame. PET OWNERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Please pet owners BEWARE! SOUTHERN ARIZONA VETERINARY CLINIC TERRIBLE PET CARE, UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS!. Thank you for your reply however too late untimely response. Secret is out southern az veterinary and thier partners at monument east vet clinic use student to provide care for your animals. Which means thier paid by university to train students and paid by you as well for training students under WHOS supervision ? And WHOS responsibly when mistakes are made? Think your paying top dollar for a professional vet when in fact it's a student in training. Bad Business!!!

Definitely very impersonal horrible the way the treat their patients i will never make an appointment here again and dogs life is important to the owner even if it is not to this facility arise in queenscreek needs to teach them how to properly take care of animals i would expect a little more from Dr Bachman... very disappointed... I had high expectations.

This is an excellent corporate practice. They're devoted, extremely compassionate, and caring professionals whose care I never questioned. In an emergency, there's no better place.

The people here are compassionate and caring. I have had to put 2 of my fur baby's down and they have been good to me both times I have had to make the hard decision. I just want to say thank you for being such caring and compassionate people and having good customer service. You don't find good customer service anymore.
