The staff at this office are friendly, thorough and efficient, and the vets we met were kind. However, based on our experience bringing three cats here from early 2023 to fall 2025, we do not recommend this clinic for feline care. One cat’s serious condition went undiagnosed until we saw a feline specialist, another needed nearly all teeth removed due to tooth resorption that was repeatedly missed, and our third cat was later diagnosed with Stage 2 kidney disease by a new vet — also not identified here. Sadly, all three cats were not properly diagnosed or treated at this clinic.

Dr Nunn and Dr. Koski took such good care of my dogs, and my parent’s dogs and my sister‘s dogs for the last many, many years. When it was time to say goodbye to my little dog inherited from my late father, it was difficult - she was my last earthly connection to my father. And the amazing staff and doctors knew that and treated all of us with such kindness, care, empathy. They made something difficult a much kinder reality for me. I’m very grateful to Suffolk Hills animal clinic. ♥️🙏
