I have been bringing my cats to University for many years. They are incredibly attentive, kind, and very caring. It can sometimes be a little bit of a wait to get an appointment, but I love to see them booked and busy. Very reasonably priced, and I appreciate that there are always multiple treatment options presented when possible to try and work within a smaller budget. Great vets, great techs, great office staff!

Before I share my experience, I want to note that I have spent 40 years in the veterinary field as a technician, receptionist, manager, and instructor of veterinary students at the university level. I have great patience when I visit a practice because I know how stressful and hectic things can get. What I don't understand is when a client tells you they did not receive the correct amount of medication that was paid for in full, you don't fight with them and insist it was the client's fault and refuse to refund $40. Yes, I was told they would give me the missing medication but that meant driving 90 minutes one way on a Friday with severe thunderstorms in the forecast. It was an option but not a good one. It was a simple request that was refused by a manager who was condescending and unreasonable. Yet, I said nothing when one of the radiographs they took was not positioned well which makes it undiagnostic. I said nothing when I was put in a room and told, "Someone will be right with you" and then 35 minutes later, still no one. I paid my $3200 bill in full. Yet, I was treated with disrespect and my cat's did not get the pain medication I paid for. Shame on this clinic and shame on this manager. Stay far, far away from this horribly managed facility. (After reading the response from the manager, it only solidifies the fact that the only way to prove your point is to lie. Your technician did hand me two boxes but she never opened the package, so you and the technician have no idea how many pills were inside the boxes. Second, the photo of the blister pack you sent to me was not what the technician gave to me. Third, I did not hang up on you twice, just once. I couldn't listen to your lies and your accusation that I don't know how to count pills or that I was lying. And, you never, ever offered to send me a script to replace the pain medication. Even if you did, that would have done me no good since there is nowhere to fill the script near me. Again, you need to lie to cover the fact that you did something wrong and won't admit it. Good job ripping my nonprofit off. You should be proud of that. People should also know that I have received dozens of direct messages after I posted on numerous Facebook sites about what happened to me and shared their own horrible experiences. I truly do not know how you sleep at night)

Everyone is always very nice and attentive with our 3 cats. They manage to get us into the clinic in any cases of urgency. I like that it never smells too strong of animal.
