Highly recommend! Dr. Rankin and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She and her team provided excellent clinical care and communication for my new-to-me pup (10 year old 80# Dobie rescue) throughout her dental cleaning/molar extraction and chest lipoma removal procedure including the follow-up. She collaborated with me every step of the way; we made decisions together, guided by her wisdom and expertise. The estimate and final pricing was straight forward and accurate. The mutual calm respect and care expressed between everyone made an inherently challenging situation smooth and comfortable. They make veterinarian medicine look easy and provide consistent reassurance for pet caretakers through trust-building and solid practices. Surprise charges!?!?!? Used a coupon for a "free" visit but was charged $100 because my cat was sick? Also dont refuse their expensive service or they will call the cops on you?!?! Terrible show this clinic is running. $800 dollars for tests?!
