I would give them 10 stars if possible. By far the best experieince at an emergency vet ever (and I have had many). My dog fell ill about 9pm I went to a nearby clinic where I was put in a dirty room and ignored for 2 hours I finally walked out as my dog was more stressed from the wait I decided to try the next closest place and that was Veterinary Specialty Center, WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE! I was taken into a room right away and seen by a tech within a couple of minutes my dog was taken back for vitals within 15 minutes, there was a bit of a wait for the Vet but the front desk and tech kept checking in on us. When Dr. Sarah came in it was such a relief she sat in the floor cuddling my very stressed dog while performing a thorough physical exam. She asked all the right questions and gave me alot of information about the suspected issue. I came in about 12:45am and was out the door before 2am with medication and a calmed down dog and a plan going forward! Don't waste your time going anywhere else.
